Our Return Policy

At IJUMPUSA we want everyone to be 100% satisfied with our products. That's why we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Any product being returned must be in saleable condition, with original packaging. We will refund the items purchase price, minus shipping costs (to and from your location). Trampolines will not be subject to a restocking fee (see returning trampolines below), however, parts ordered separately will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

The following types items do not qualify for a refund:

  1. Damaged or defective goods - we will replace these items immediately.
  2. Items returned without first contacting our warranty department via email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) or returned without an RGA #.
  3. Items being returned "freight collect". These will be refused.
  4. Custom made items, including mats & safety pads unless the item was not made to the specifications originally ordered.

How to return an item

To arrange for a return, please email us at warranty@ijumpusa. Once submitted we will assign you an RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number which must be written on the outside of the box being returned. After the item is returned please allow up to 4 weeks for us to refund the money to the credit card that was used for the original purchase.

Refusing Delivery

IJUMPUSA will implement our return policy on items that are refused at delivery. Items legitimately ordered from us will be charged return shipping which is usually much higher than the original shipping cost. In the event an item ordered appears to be damaged or items are missing, we ask that you accept the delivery but please make a note on the delivery carrier’s waybill prior to signing. Damaged, Missing or Defective items

At IJUMPUSA we take our product quality and shipping seriously. When your product arrives please double check that all items received are in good condition. In the event that an item is damaged, missing or defective please follow the checklist below:

Damaged - Remember to make a note on the carrier’s waybill. This will help with insurance issues and speed up the replacement process. Missing - Please remember to count items received and compare to number of items on your waybill. If short, please make a note on the carrier’s waybill and receive the items. Defective - If an item appears to be defective please email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . We will replace or repair the item as quickly as possible.

Note: All merchandise must be reported damaged, missing or defective within 5 business days of delivery.

Returning Trampolines

The heavy duty construction and size of our trampolines results in higher shipping costs than the big box stores trampolines. Please contact us before returning any trampolines or parts. In the unlikely event that you return your trampoline you will be charged for the initial shipping and return shipping costs.
