FRAMES - LIFETIMEMost companies offer a 5 year warranty on the frames. The companies that offer higher quality frames offer a 10 year warranty. However, we offer a lifetime warranty on our frames because we’re confident that you’re being offered the highest quality frame in the industry. Our warranty are covered against manufactured defects only. Warranty void if used for commercial, overexertion, improperly installed.
SPRINGS - LIFETIMEWe also offer a lifetime manufacture warranty on our trampoline springs. While most companies use lower quality springs, their springs can get worn-out quickly. We only use the best and highest quality springs for our trampolines. Spring warranty is for breakage only. Stretching isn't covered as the manufacturer hasn't any control of how much weight has been on the trampoline.
JUMPING BED / FRAME PAD – 6 YRSTypical guarantees on the jumping bed and frame pad are 2-3 years. We offer a 6 year manufacture defective warranty on our jumping bed and frame pad. Because we’ve been supplying trampolines for such a long time, we know the longevity of our jumping beds and frame pads, that’s why we’re confident in the quality and durability of our products.
TRAMPOLINE NET ENCLOSURE - 2 YRS
While most company offers a 90 day warranty on the net, we offer 2 year warranty against manufacture defects.
IJUMPUSA warranty its product against manufacture defects only and not against normal wear and tear. All components of IJUMPUSA trampolines are warranted separately to ensure you get the best value from your purchase. Our warranty does not cover damages or failure caused by abuse, misuse, commerical and abnormal usage. During the warranty period, IJUMPUSA will repair or replace at our sole option, free of charge, any defective parts.
